The 2024-2025 Religious Education Registration is now closed!
When announced please fill out a parish registration form available at our parish offices for next year 2025-2026. Please also bring a copy of his/her baptismal certificate and First Holy Communion if applicable, for those 4-8th students. The fee is $20 per child.
👉 Students are expected to attend class regularly and punctually. Regular attendance is an important factor in deepening a child’s understanding of our triune God through the study of Scripture, prayer, Church teaching and community. Parents and Guardians are welcome in any of the classrooms and to participate in all extracurricular events.
In the event of an absence, the parents should inform the parish via email or phone call to CRE office or main office at religious-education@douglascatholic.org or (520) 364-4411. If a student misses several classes during the year, there may be a need to stay for another year. This will be the catechist’s and coordinator’s decision.
A child who exceeds 4 absences during the course of the year may be considered unready to progress to the next level of religious instruction.
Tardiness is a great concern. Classes begin and end with prayer. Tardiness interrupts the lesson and disrupts the class. Please make every attempt to arrive for class on time.
